1.5c a message on Econet and Telecel, and 1.7c on NetOne, in USD.
Is there a free trial?
No. The account is free, but there are no free credits. Top up a small amount, text your own phone and see the delivery report before you message customers.
Do credits expire?
No.
Am I charged for undelivered messages?
Only if the network charges for the message. If it doesn't, you pay nothing.
Why does the SMS bundle on my phone look cheaper?
Phone bundles are made for personal texting. Ansa SMS sends a whole list from your organisation's name and gives you a delivery report for each message.
How do I top up?
In USD with EcoCash or InnBucks. Pesepay's payment fee is added at checkout, so a $10 top-up adds $10 to your balance.

None to create an account. A national ID lets you message customers from ANSA. Business documents let you send from your own name.
Can I use it without a company?
Yes, with your national ID. You send from the shared name, ANSA.
What can I do before I'm verified?
Top up and text your own number.
What if my verification is refused?
You can fix your documents and submit them again. Your balance stays in your account and you can still text your own number, but balances aren't refunded.
What is a sender ID, and how long does approval take?
It's the name people see when your message arrives. How long approval takes depends on the networks, and we'll email you when it's approved.
Does this use my Ansa Voice account?
Yes. It's one Ansa account, but SMS has its own balance.
